Seagate PropertiesSeagate Properties is different from most other real estate brokerages. Our team is intent on ensuring that our clients are satisfied. Therefore, Seagate Properties will only accept a limited number of listings at any one time. That allows us to focus our resources on selling those homes. We provide a concentrated advertising approach both through the internet and print media. In addition, we supplement that visibility with frequent open houses to introduce Buyers to the properties of our clients. At the end of the day, we believe that our clients are better served by having agents who are focused on selling just a few homes at a time, rather than a large number where resources are diluted.

We are a relatively new residential brokerage firm. The firm is owned and managed by Mary Elizabeth and Jack Pacheco. Mary Elizabeth had spent four successful years as a realtor at The Pinehills and decided to parlay that experience into her own business. In 2009, Mary Elizabeth was ranked number two in the town of Plymouth in terms of overall productivity. Her vision was to create a business model that would allow her to spend more time focusing on her clients.

The third member of our team is Kim Sweeney, who had seven years of experience with Century 21 before joining Seagate Properties in 2010. What drew Kim to Seagate was the client- based philosophy of the firm.

Laurie Moore is the newest member of the team joining Seagate Properties in December 2011.  Laurie spent eight years as a school teacher before taking time off to raise her children.  As a community activist, Laurie is driven to help others. Her intelligence, energy, and compassion are key assets that make her a great agent.
